How Did I End Up Here?

My journey began as a hairstylist in England in 2015, where I worked in salons. However, at 25, I realised the conventional path of house buying, marriage, and kids wasn’t quite for me yet, so I decided to shake things up! With a strong urge to explore, I packed my bags for what was supposed to be a six-week summer holiday to Chamonix in July 2020, where I was eager to learn rock climbing and meet new people… quickly that turned into setting up my Hairstyling Freelance business and creating an incredible life here!

I now have a constantly busy schedule, cutting and colouring hair in Chamonix, and love traveling around the Alps Styling gorgeous brides hair and creating the perfect experience for you all!

A Bit About Me…

I’m originally from East Sussex and once dreamed of becoming a dancer (who didn’t have that dream as a little girl?). I attended musical theatre college but soon realised it wasn’t my desired career path. Instead, I ventured to New Zealand with my childhood best friend, where I jumped out of planes and bungee jumped—I’m not sooo much an adrenaline junkie anymore!

My biggest procrastination? Cuddling with Milo, my Norwegian forest cat. Seriously, he occupies my entire morning! I’m one of four girls and have two beautiful nieces… (my family seems to have a hard time producing boys!).

In my free time, you’ll find me in the mountains with friends and my partner—snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, or enjoying a picnic at the summit (priorities!). When I need downtime, I love pactising yoga (I’m also vinyasa teacher as my hobby job), painting, and savouring every delicious meal—especially dessert.
